Welcome back and hopefully you enjoyed the long weekend. As investors continued to digest the evolving trade backdrop last week was mixed in US markets. The S&P 500 fell 1.5% with continued weakness in mega-cap tech stocks. However, the equal weight version of the index and small and midcap indices ended with modest gains. Global markets also ended higher with European indices outperforming up 2.5% - 4%. The global outperformance and continued weakness in the USD continued to raise concerns about capital outflows.
